Getting this in .20 RC5

[ 21] unknown unknown unknown admin_gag.amxx bad load
Load fails: Plugin uses an unknown function (name "set_speak") - check your modules.ini. (plugin "admin_gag.amxx")

I downloaded the 0.20 file and made sure that set_speak was now one of the standard modules in amxmodx. It still is I assume?

Anyideas?

Edit: Also tried recompiling the .sma for .20 on page one. Still the same error.

Whoops... you would be correct. I could have sworn I un-commented that line out. My apologies, thanks for the reply though.

I don't know if this was addressed before, but it seems when sv_alltalk is 1 that the gag has no effect. Our server runs some custom maps, and it's setup to automatically change gravity/alltalk etc. based on the map. So, sometimes this makes the plugin useless. Could you please look into this and if it's something with our setup let me know(or if this has been addressed before).

hmm,

Only thing i can think of off my head, is that once a player has his gag removed, he will not be able to talk to everyone(He will be reset to be only talk to team mates)

I updated the plugin some, but if muting does not work on sv_alltalk its proberbly either a bug in engine or perhaps its not posible.

Changelog:
Quote:
1.8.1 ( 21.09.2004 )
- Fixed: Players voicecomm not being reset properbly with sv_alltalk 1

Works now. Could you also add a console_print back to the admin when they gag/ungag so they'll know it worked properly? Also, I just noticed that when you gag without a reason the default reason isn't showing up; it just says "* You Are Gagged For The Following Reason: ".

And did you mean "symbot" here?:
Code:
// This means that arg did NOT contain the ! symbot
It looks like you meant "symbol", but you might be referring to it with a different meaning.

  • 1.8.2 ( 22.09.2004 )
    - Fixed: Default gag reason not being shown.

If anything starts with // It means its comments, so it has no effect the code. Its to help you understand / remember the code

I'm not really sure why but we're still getting people that aren't gagged for some reason... it's not following any pattern I've noticed. I'll keep an eye on it. And could you please do this?:
