[L4D2] How to use game contents?

Hi, at first, sorry for this bad title and my baaaad English.
The "game contents" means items or effects which appears only in this game.

I tried create inferno entity and cracker blast entity, but it doesn't work.
Just spawned, do nothing.

And other case, I want to give some effects for players such as vomit, stagger, and so on.
But looks like there is no such functions.

And one more, I also want to create projectiles such as
molotov, pipe bomb, vomitjar, grenade laucnher one, tank rocks.
But this doesn't work too.
Throwing projectiles are just bouncing on ground.
Grenade doesn't explode.
Tank's rocks doesn't destroyed even hit ground or players.
I could create only rocks by using env_rock_launcher,
but this method can't get launched rock's entity index easily.
So it is hard to use...

Here is the question,
how do I use these "game contents" entities/effects?

Perhaps, yes.
Just cut from my plugin. It will not compile. You must "think". And add your own activation point.
