You should cache the sound cvar's value in a global variable at plugin_precache() because it can change after that and then the player's won't have the sound but are forced to try to play it.

ok so screen shake is a little weird.. and maybe The "ear ringing" is kinda annoying it sounds like a high pitched C4 instead of the ear rining.

maybe try to find the sound from source (or he damage effect). also maybe try make a cvar

so that if i want them to be fully blinded i can set it or to make it like if i was turned away and just have ringing with really bad vision for a bit but not a white screen you know what im saying?

You should be able to do the sound though...

His sound sounds like a super high pitched dog whistle for c4.

And would love for it not to blind oyu when you look at it just do exactly like the video no matter what your looking at

One word awesome!

+karma.

[edit]

Tested it and it kinda sucks... The sound is really annoying, you can piss your teammates like this, and its pretty stupid when you see properly again, ground starts to shake.

It's not impossible, if you search around these forums, the flashbang effect from Source has been converted to hl1 based games. It's possible.

Uggh? What about being original? That's your answer to everything.
(Not saying this plugin is bad, this guy is just saying the same over and over)
