I got a folder called: 'uaio'
And a .ini file called: 'plugins-uaio'

The file 'plugins-uaio.ini' contains:

; The main UAIO plugin. Without this there would be no UAIO uaio_admin.amxx ; The addon UAIO Admin manager plugin. Use this to easily add admins to UAIO. uaio_manager.amxx debug

Okay. Good grief.
there is a file called plugins.ini. It should be listed here: C:\Spil\Steam\steamapps\migster_dk\dedicated server\cstrike\addons\amxmodx
Open that file.
At the bottom of the file, place uaio_admin.amxx. After that, place uaio_manager.amxx
Restart the server or change the map.
