It's JSON, I am pretty sure you can use an extension on AM for that.

The choice menu always reappears in each round in l4d.... which seems a bit annoying to the players who join, is this something that can be fixed ?

a little late, but you could add an option so that it only asks to activate the translator when the person is from another country.

I find it unfortunate that the plugin is no longer updated I tried to play with it but it does not work I find it sad
