This is one of them here but I can probably get more if needed. Lot of false positives when players would shoot common and specials, showing off as the typical source blood splats at point blank for several shots.

And this wasn't specific to a player, pretty much all of them would constantly complain at me for it no matter their high or low ping and occasionally I could notice something being off too. I'm aware that sometimes source can be wonky with reg but at this time it was like 10 times worst.

I tried different tickrates with different types of tickrate enablers, disabled and enabled several plugins and it's only until I took away Mutant Tanks that it got better which correlates a little too well as to when I have upgraded sourcemod I have had complains about reg quite instantly and the only reason why I had upgraded was for Mutant Tank to begin with while asking around if sourcemod could be a culprit I was told it couldn't.

I am myself quite shocked as well and really wish to understand what is really going on here, because I like this plugin and wouldn't want to stop using it.

If you’re referring to "List of Plugins Included/Replaced" then the answer is no. The list just tells you which plugins are part of MT already so you don’t need to use them.

Just SM and DHooks. If you’re using the more recent SM 1.11 builds, DHooks is already included.

Can you upload your config file(s) here or DM them to me? Also, I'll need the list of plugins that your server is running.

I find it strange and I'm skeptical that MT would be causing this issue, but I also don't want to fully dismiss the possibility.

EDIT: In all honesty, this doesn't seem like an issue caused by MT. I've tested on my local server with a sniper rifle (with explosive ammo) and the hit registration was consistent in all of the following setups:
- Stock SM plugins + Mutant Tanks + Other custom plugins
- Stock SM plugins + Other custom plugins
- Stock SM plugins + Mutant Tanks

I just can't reproduce the issue, so you'll have to provide a more detailed video that demonstrates the hit registration issue. The clip you provided doesn't present enough evidence to prove any issues with hit registration.

What you can do is record a video that showcases the same three setups that I used and that should help to demonstrate the issue you're talking about. Right now, there's just so many factors that can affect hit registration, and the clip you provided doesn't stand out enough to show any issues.

If I were to watch your clip without any context, it just looks like normal gameplay and I can attribute the hit registration to any of the following factors:
- Latency: The player's ping (which wasn't shown) could've been low/medium/high.
- Accuracy: The player in the clip fired those shots while still moving, which affects the sniper rifle's accuracy, added with the explosive ammo.
- Hitbox: The player's shots didn't land on any hitboxes according to the server's perspective.

Finally, the blood splatter that appeared in the clip from the "missed" shots are the particle effects that appear whenever you shoot explosive ammo, so I didn't see any blood splatters appearing on the common infected without them taking any damage.

friend I have the latest version of sourcemod but it does not work, this is what I have installed.
1.sourcemod-1.11.0-git6867-windows (version 1.10 doesn't work either so i replaced it with 1.11)
2.dhooks-2.2.0-detours17-sm110 (without the extension it doesn't work anyway)
3. all files mutate tank in their respective folders
4. I don't see any error log.
5. when I put tank mutate commands it doesn't appear either.
that's it.
is there something i am doing wrong?

Are you sure there are no errors? Type "sm plugins list" in your console and make sure Mutant Tanks is loaded.
