I want to make a plugin which force every player in server to spray our given logo

I tried to use this code but it only replaces tempdecal.wad when other player dont have it
is there any way that it replaces tempdecal.wad weather other user have it already or not.

OR

We name our file tempdecal_new.wad and when users spray it sprays from tempdecal_new.wad instead of teamdecal.wad

players cant download file which they already have...

that 'trick' with new .wad for spray is possible in my opinion, but who knows how haha
