Well this should be General Google Thread.

If you want to define any work then just do:
define: car in google search and you'll get it's definition
If you want to download anything then just do:
anything download or anything.rar download or something like that...well you can add archieve extension only if program youre looking for has unique name.
If you think of some cool story then just write it into google:
Dog killed 3 kids...and type it in...you'll be amazed.

Anything else? There was trick for webcams and ftps but can't remember right now.

Oh, i tought i would get flamed because it's so fundamental trick, but hey, it's good if my post helped you . Btw "something download" tends to work better than "download something" it's just how websites have been built up...
