25 will probably do nothing...
look at the scoreboard in your server u can see it is limited to HALF of your slots for each team, if u move someone to a team which is full - 1. you will not see the guy which is in the bottom of the scoreboard.
2. you will not be able to spectate him.

I guess there are more problems but i didn't see any.
try using dynamic maxplayers plugin (might not work cuz maxplayers is now configure able via launch command and gamemodes_server.txt only)

Alright question since I still dont get this, I have put this plugin in the correct folders and all for my server. However it does not seem to be running. I have 2 questions related to it.

a. Besides installing the files into the correct place, is there anything else that I should be adding or setting up to get this plugin to run? Do i need to edit anything?

b. How do I find the "logs" in order to post here if I am doing something wrong?

The requirements and install instructions are in the first post. It is mentioned in the first post, but people seem to forget it anyway: SDK Hooks. If you want to try out the latest and greatest beta snapshot you have to get it from the Subversion (SVN) repository. There are details about that in the first post as well.

You can find the SourceMod error logs in addons/sourcemod/logs/. However, if there are fatal errors that make the server crash, you can not give us much more than crash dumps and hopefully we can understand them. Crash dumps can be found somewhere else where I can't remember right now

It's not a good idea to add a database with the main lastrequest code right now. Plus, we can't accurately determine winners for some LRs. This would make a good candidate plugin to use the Hosties API but not actually be in Hosties.

But I came up with a more interesting and useful idea.
Make lr.cfg and notlr.cfg
For example there is a plugin for VIP players that generates HP, or killbonus, but shot4shot these plugins will not useful.
When two players remain and someone napiget! Lr, then start lr.cfg
Content for example lr.cfg
kb_enabled 0
sm_hpregeneration_enable 0
sm_jihad_randomexplosion 0 \\not to explode while !lrplaying
sv_deadtalk 1
.....
....

the next round of the settings are restored by notlr.cfg
kb_enabled 1
sm_hpregeneration_enable 1
sm_jihad_randomexplosion 10
sv_deadtalk 0

If you use the custom lrs from the SVN without the sm_hosties in the SVN it will not work, AutoStart API (which used in both GunGolf and FruitNinja custom lrs) was updated again and now uses another function. Update your hosites using the SVN (translation was updated but will be reversed due to another solution, you must update the translation for now) and then use the custom lrs.

I'm runnig Rev 172, and Rev 3. That should work i guess?
