hey is my first time I create a CSGO server.

i upload resetscore.smx to /csgo/addons/sourcemod/plugins
the plugin enable but Command does not work in chat.

and how can i edit meta list in console only for admins?

If you have an issue with the plugin you should post in the plugin's thread asking for help instead of making a new one.

Also, you won't get help hiding plugin info & credits on this forum as it goes against the spirit of this community.
