I don't know why you guys are having problems with Accelerator and Spirit's versions but I prefer theirs since they have fixed and new forwards and natives whereas older versions haven't.

Try the gamedata I attached because I updated them with the help of IDA and see if it doesn't crash for you.

I would recommend people to use Accelerator’s version. The one I posted was just a sourcemod version fix, where Accelrator’s version includes the fix and the natives.

You are using an older version of Sourcemod. Extensions are compiled with a newer one. Bring your Sourcemod to the latest stable or compile the extension against your version of Sourcemod.

EDIT I was also getting literally ddosed by this extension, rofl, at some point in survival maps it started spawning random bots and instantly kicking them and the kicked bots were spawning shitton medkits and pills resulting in big laggy pile of medkits+pills and as the physics work strange in this game they were making micro movements all the time making this dark cloud effect around them ( meaning they collide ) making my cpu go to 100% and making whole server ultra laggy
