Inside teleport bomb, create a /buyteleport clcmd, set it's price and give player a smoke grenade but also create a bool and set it true. All functions must provide if bool is true to execute the teleport. Reset bool on throw(for all cases).

This is a ducking request, so you either give him a full code or you don't write at all. If he wrote here, he is probably NOT a ducking scripter so he has no ducking clue what you're talking about.
