[REQ] Simple dice mod

kind of like the thing where you can roll the dice in world of war craft. When you type !roll, it will randomly give you a number 1 to 100 for all to see.

It can be useful for if you and someone want something like a gun, but can't decide who to give it to, you can roll the dice for it... whoever with higher number wins

This should do it for you. Just type !roll and it will work it's magic.
