Hi,

I'm having some trouble regarding my FPS... Suddenly every game i play, is stuck at 60 FPS. I know what v-sync is and how to turn it off, and it's always been off. Well this is a problem, since my computer & configurations say it's turned off, but at the same time it's actually on...

Hope someone can help me.

Thanks in regards

Are you perhaps using Windows 10? If I remember correctly, Xbox DVR is turned on by default and there are some FPS limiting issues with it indeed. Google it to find out more.

That shouldn't be the problem. I can't change that much options, only thing i can do is change caputre directory.

You should turn it off if it wasn't off already, that's the thing. I had it limit me at 30fps on CSGO sometimes until I alt+tab out and back into the game.

It's never been on, i only started it yesterday to check weither these options were disabled or not. The program is never opened when i start my computer. It's only open when i open it myself.

This is the problem with windows 10
I have laptop which had same problem with windows 10, the reason is because the laptop company is not providing latest compatible graphic drivers for windows 10.
If i downgrade to windows 8.1, games run smooth
probably the problem with you is also the same that the graphic driver (Intel HD or whatever) are not compatible and or latest for windows 10
