well i create a listen server and no one can join...

it always says latancy 2000 and they cant join it...

it happens everytime now.. i dunno if its because of amxmodx

the last time ppl could join my server was metamod was the only thing installed and it works.. but when amxmodx was there.. no one could join =\ sv_lan 0 << thats on..
my friend even tried typing connect [my ip] and it didnt work X-x
argh help!

That 2000 latency is a Steam known bug.

its probley the router blocking th steam ports, 2000 ping and not responding means its lan most of the time.

this should print on routers that a
10.xxx.xxx.xxx
172.16-31.xxx.xxx
192.168.xxx.xxx
are private ips inside your LAN and cannot be accessed from the internet. People give me these ips too often (well not the 10.xxx.xxx.xxx have yet to see that one).

show us ur ip. If u have a router/hub, please tell us which it is and who made it. Then we can direct u on how to fix ur problem.

172.xxx.xxx.xxx isnt reserved for internal networks.. unless that just happened recently..

i can check my cisco stuff, but i'm pretty sure 172.16.xxx.xxx to 172.31.xxx.xxx is reserved

EDIT: i checked and 172.16.0.0/12 is reserved (sry can't link to picture, its flash), so i guess it was just recently added.
