This is easily my favorite bug.

I fixed it wrong in 1.0.
I refixed it in 1.1.
I have since found another cause for this which is now fixed and will be in the next release.

If it is happening to you a lot I can issue a fix.

That is the beauty of SQLite, you don't have to install anything. Sourcemod will take care of everything for you. You just deploy it like any other plugin.

That being said, I will add MySQL support over the weekend.

first : this is a very good plugin thank you
only 2 small problems :
*the balance looks a bit to strong so the score is everytime the same like 12 -12 then last round is win or loose

*every round i got this message "teambalance is pending" even with
sm_team_balance_annouce 0
also tried sm_team_balance_announce 0
message stay maybe it's a bug ?

I would not recommend that. It will balance more often if you do that but it could make the teams less even not more.

Version 2.0 has a change in it that will allow it to balance every round is sm_team_balance_new_join_rounds is 0
