Question 1: Can ares_baller.amxx use natives defined in zombie_mango.amxx and use it`s include?
Question 2: the other way arround? zombie_mango.amxx using native handles defined in ares_baller.amxx ?

There is no problem with dynamic natives with declaration order.

The plugin that return the highest forward.
If the forward is created in a plugin, then it depend how it has been coded in that specific plugin.
