I can't get this to work in L4D.

I uploaded advertisements.smx to my server's addons/sourcemod/plugins folder. I uploaded advertisements.txt to addons/sourcemod/configs. I restarted my server. I go into HLSW and type sm plugins list and the advertisements plugin isn't listed. No advertisements are seen on the server.

Any advice?
