Block Airblasts stopped working since 10/30/2014 update

I've been using the following tf2items.weapons.txt to block airblasting players (for Dodgeball server):

Since the most recent update for halloween, this has stopped working. I upgraded TF2Items and still no luck.

Anyone else having problems with this ?
