Something in my extension is causing a crash in ntdll.dll upon unloading. What's the best debugging method to find out why this may be happening?

Code:
           77420713  je          _RtlpBreakPointHeap@4+2Bh (7742072Ch)
           77420715  mov         eax,dword ptr [ebp+8]
           77420718  mov         byte ptr ds:[77458225h],1
           7742071F  mov         dword ptr ds:[77458220h],eax
----->     77420724  int         3
           77420725  mov         byte ptr ds:[77458225h],0
Thanks!

That's not a crash, 'INT 3' is a debugger break.
