Update v4.8

Code:

- Optimized the ML system, used CC_SetPrefix, CC_RemoveColors and added a new stock to print messages.
- Added amx_exgag
- Added amx_regag
- Fixed immunity in EliteAdminSystem

I think, its better to use, incgag & decgag cmd instead of exgag & regag.

exgag at first instance looks like, to look the people you had gagged.
regag at first instance looks like, to gag the same person again, whom you last gagged.

Doesn't matter, anyone can change the nomenclature to their liking.

Update v4.9, probably the last one, until I get new ideas or an approver decides to review the system.

Code:

- Fixed system prefix showing in some messages where it was un-needed
- Added option to disable the game showing messages about banned players trying to connect
- Added some words from EliteAdminSystem_Ranks to ML
- Fixed ban information not showing to banned players

Update v4.9.1

Code:

* Fixed gag menu gagging people other than you permanently
* Slapmenu value string increased, now it supports up to 3 digits (max 999)
* Blocked kill command in console
* Fixed model being given to suspended admins

* Increased data string size in users file, now you can leave more blank spaces in-between data, and add longer comments

Update v4.9.3

MAKE SURE TO UPDATE EliteAdminSystem_Config.cfg with the newest version! OTHER INI/CFG FILES ARE NOT MANDATORY

Code:

- GAG_FLAG and WARN_PLAYER were missing in EliteAdminSystem_Config.cfg
- NOCLIP_FLAG and GODMODE_FLAG were not being retrieved
- Re-worked the whole theme of the ini/cfg files
