Yeah i installed it the way you guys wanted but i dnno where the sounds are suppost to go deticated/cstrike/what/what ? yeah i was wondering why amx_super wasent working been trying to figure it out untill just now hen i typed in amx_plugins and it said
unknown unknown unknown amx_super.amxx bad load

so if anyone could help me out that would be just danndy lol thanks ahead of time .

sounds go in cstrike/sounds/misc

make sure you enable all of the correct modules. read the docs on how to do that if you dont know. theres not need for the text inside the docs to be constantly copied and pasted over on the forums.

It says right in the 'description' (when you download the files) where to put your sound.
Amx_Super.txt goes into the addons/amxmodx/data/lang
The sounds go into cstrike/sound/misc

And if it's not loading, make sure you have spelled it right in the plugins.ini file and make sure you have the latest version of AMXX. I know for a fact that AMX_Super does not run with versions 1.01 and below because I had this problem too.
