Do you know amxmodmenu ? rcon is useless if amxx is installed.
And even if you need it, it's not difficult to copy/past.

How does amxmodmenu have anything to do with rcon? Rcon is not "useless" regardless of AMX Mod X being installed or not.

If the owner use the communication between PAWN -> PHP then he installed AmxModX, then rcon is useless for the owner.
