i download + install the last ver of https://www.amxmodx.org/

and also the metamod, but the AMX in server still doesnt work.
(i had new server just without addons amx mod x )

Just as an FYI, if you don't know, is that the "officially released" version is quite old (v1.8.2) and it is generally recommended to use v1.9.x on the Dev Builds page.
