hello,
My server has been crashing a lot ever since 1 month. It would crash randomly when the map changes, i'm looking to know if there is anybody that had the same issue, and if so, had some potential solution for me to try. Thanks a lot for the help.
As I said in the title there is no error in the logs and sourcemod logs doesn't show any error either, the server would just restart at the end of the game when the map is supposed to change.

EDIT: this is still an on going issue, I tried a fix provided by a plugins author that didn't work

try to remove all custom metamod plugins and custom extensions and maybe all plugins based on database and see if you have crashes.

seems like you are having a problem with mysql database, maybe is the plugin rankme, this plugin has updated some days ago fixing the crash on mysql.

Nope im using surftimer, there is no rankme so far, I will check my database.cfg and see if I can remove the plugins

Full stack trace usually provides the SMX and the function name, where crashes come from. Like in the attached file you can see function name: materialadmin.smx::OnClientAuthorized. All you need is to catch the local copy of stack trace right after a crash happens and before accelerator deletes it. Don't know why accelerator cuts out such important information.
