sry but he started im bad english and i tried lot of ftp's they need client software and i need to buy i it... i couldnt search anything .... so thats why asking anyone know free ftp???

Yeah, use Google. There are lots out there. It isn't that hard to find a free FTP client

I don't understand, your first question was about webspace for fast download and now you are asking for a free ftp client?

Free webspace is not a good way to go and free ftp clients are out there. I use CoreFTP.

ftp is a connection to anything, weather its a website, somebody else's computer or a server. A host is needed for hosted content.

1.) I dunno how to upload my files to ftp and azny know ftp that i can use?

2.) How can i get domain to my server cause ip always changes

I use www.000webhost.com . It is absolutely free. All you do is register, you get 1.5gb of web space. you upload your files to /public_html/cstrike . (1500MB is enough, believe me).
Then go to your server.cfg . Put a new line called sv_downloadurl "http://yoursite.000webhost.com/cstrike" .
I have my fast dl on 000webhost. And i am so satisfied!

Ftp is not a place. It is a protocol, which is essentially a language for transmitting files.
