It usually means that one of the dependencies was missed during compilation. If this is on CS:GO, most likely libstdc++

Hmm... when you compiled it, did you use the latest hl2sdk-css (which is one of the branches of the hl2sdk project on Github)?

It was last updated 17 days ago after CS:S was synced with TF2's code changes (for security updates).
