It is funny how there is always this non-steamer in the forums waiting for other non-steamers to post something to call them out.

Though, I must say now in this case non-steam = no support.

It is most likely a plugin causing this, or it is just a client config problem.

He did set that hostname on purpose to see if any of you guys would call him out for nonsteaming. It's just a hostname, you can't prove that he's using a illegal version of cs. Apart from this, as @Moody92 said it might be a client config problem, some of the files might've been modified.
