We do support css but Finland the inventory is very very little. I would suggest doing ad banners along with our videos but I'm pretty sure you won't make much with us. If you are making a decent amount of money with your current provider than I would suggest to stay with them for now.

Ok well I signed up just to test the rates on a few servers but its been about 3-4 hours and it says wait to go thru the approval process. I would like to get this ball rolling while I have time off work today.

I use it and recommend. I make around 300 with VPP. Max Ive made with them was 600+.
