That include file it's gonna fix this for sure. But to be sure, if the issue is actually on

Sometimes when you respawn your teammates, they are respawning inside ceiling

The plugin started to be buggy. It has a lot of bugs, sometimes the start or end sounds from souls keep spamming continously untill you change the map, and if u dont restart your server, after a few maps, the circle above the souls turns in more smaller circles (3 i think) and u can't steal / respawn souls.

Everything you said sounds really weird to me, is the plugin logging any error?

EDIT: The plugin is doing those errors continously. Not working anymore, only creating that weird spamming noise and players can't respawn/steal
