update this plugin or remove it from approved

enable disable not working,is always enabled ,pills bug ..etc

Antihacker, I added a minor tweak to the code, hope you don't mind. Please try it out. With the tweak, I no longer have the pills problem. It seems to be working properly for me now. I also added the "sm_uammo_enabled" to a config file that gets auto-generated so it will keep the desired setting.

Someone should make an unlimited ammo plugin with a cfg file which allows people to choose which weapons have unlimited ammo. For example, I want to only have unlimited ammo for tier one weapons on my versus server.
