Hi everybody,

I want to learn how to config a cs:cz server, so i decided to begin with a dedicated cz server.
I'm on Ubuntu 12.04 and i've installed HLDS and SteamCMD.

But i'm a little lost, how to run a server that i can connect via steam ??

Hum I'm sorry if this question have been posted many times before, but i searched google but there is just few things for ubuntu...

Follow the SteamCMD guide to how to install it. And then follow any existing guide for how to use hlds_run

SteamCMD is used to download and install HLDS. What HLDS are you referring to?

Don't use HLDSUpdateTool, it was replaced by SteamCMD

Ha okay, so i desinstalled HLDS and steamCMD, i will reinstall steamCMD with this tutorial http://uname.pingveno.net/blog/index...amCMD-on-Linux
