Just wondering if anyone can assist me in figuring out why I am getting this error message and if you can offer a solution to it. It is for a web compiler that I am making for another forums and I get this message each time I try to compile anything. Hopefully someone can offer some help into solving this.

Permissions:
compiler folder and contents are 0755
downloads folder and contents are 0755
compiled folder and random number folders are 0755
temp.txt file is 0644
