make yourself admin in users ini and then type amx_shsetlevel your name 10

well once you make yourself admin, you can do commands like that, and once you make yourself level 10 all the heros you put in should be visible

users ini is in the amx folder, change it to give yourself admin

while you are in game, type status in main console to get your steam id and replace what I made bold with your steam id
this will make you admin at next map change or next server start

as far as level 20, you need to change your superheros ini, located in your cstrike or czero folder, to have 20 levels otherwise you can't get 20 levels
