Hello!

Lately my server is getting REALLY high CPU usage...

I got like 7 servers on my hosting machine.
2 of them are "Public type" when they are full they get REALLY big CPU usage...

and when they are empty they still use same amout!

I started to be like that couple days ago





and one more thing

what is better to have lower or higher sys_ticrate?

Have you installed some big plugins reccently?

Server is running with "basic" plugins for Public servers.

Nop, no new plugins.

sys_ticrate This command sets the maximum “frames” per second the server can calculate.

For better performance to play, higher, for server performance lower.

How I can make "faster" optimization of server... when server is fully loaded he got bigger usage, that's ok, bit when he get empty he still keep the same usage heh

In my case, HLDS with 20 Players eats up around 10-15 %

Now, if you got a decent PC, try to set the priority to low.

Intel QuadCore 2.4gHz
8 GB ram....
Linux platform

(Dedicatad machine, only for counter strike)





Still I experience problems but I disabled all custom added plugins...

and when I disable ENTIRE amx problem is solved haha

CPU priority does nothing for game servers.

No it does when U host more than 1 game server on the same machine!
