left4dead2\addons\sourcemod\data\sqlite\clien tprefs-sqlite.sq3 <-- if you delete this files, you must set "sm_healthdisplay_force_player_on 0" and "select 1.yes when client connected" for "sm_healthdisplay_force_player_on 1" option work.

sorry for my bad english.
Ok I think I know what you mean. Let me over work this, it was late yesterday.

Edit: Oh lol it wasn't too late yesterday! Just set sm_healthdisplay_save_player_setting to false and sm_healthdisplay_force_player_on to true. This way the players wont be asked via menu and its on all the time.

I guess they all did deactivate it, when they joined. You could try to tell them to enter /health into the chat that brings up the menu where you can decide that.
But what game runs on your server?

I tested your config, sorry for the delay, but it seems there is nothing wrong with it.
I can see the Health Display and others can see it too.

read the frist post where it says "[L4D] Shows only health of the tank" copy whats inside of the code block and replace it with your <moddir>addons/sourcemod/configs/healthdisplay.conf
