i see the problem
YOur using Internet Explorer
AMXX works only with Firefox. So before you compile install and use Firefox

ok it put a file on my desktop then i opened it it said it nedded amxxsc as showen in (pic 1)

then i added amxxsc to the desktop then i got (pic2)

It looks like you are using RC5 and not RC6?
