Actually - would love it if this would work in conjunction with simplechatprocessor and tidychat - if you load this with those two running it blocks ALL chat....

I think you should add a cvar so you can select how many times they can send the message before punishment/remove. Currently it's 1 but i would change it to 4, so please make a cvar were you can change how many messages you can send before it's counted as spam.

For me it blocks ALL chat text, and kicks even admins! Also it doesn't seem to create a config file unless for some reason it chose a non-obvious name.

yeah the code doesn't have anything to exempt admins from the punishments. you're also right about it not generating a config file since it's missing an "AutoExecConfig" line inside "OnPluginStart".
