It's not considered a weapon and thus, weapon blocking plugins don't work for it -- not sure how to block it myself, as I've asked this question in different threads with no solutions being able to be given so far.

What is the best way to just block the "jumpers" (sticky jumper and rocket jumper) without blocking the rest of those weapons like them? (I don't want to block all sticky pipe launchers or all rocket launchers)....

how do i ONLY block the atomizer for TF2? i don't want to block other bats, but i want to prevent people being able to double jump over traps in deathrun. is this possible with this plugin?

Are you able to block Index IDs with this plugin? Say... sm_wpnblock_add "424" to block only the Tomislav without blocking all miniguns?
