So it's been about a month, and this plugin does work, and I'm wondering what I did wrong for it not to be approved, so can anyone help me?
If people are wondering if it works, it hasn't changed.

FYI, there is no advantage to using decl on single cells.

hate to bump this one but, could you make a cvar or remove the camera function of the decap, it just makes peoples cameras fall under the level and its slightly annoying. but i love seeing peoples heads explode

As far as I know, there is no way to remove that functionality specifically. The only option (that I can see) would be to create a point_viewcontrol and determine a 'better' place for the camera to be, and that's a very finicky process considering it would have to locate your ragdoll and place a camera above it and then remove the camera just before you spawn, and that would probably conflict with other plugins. If anyone knows of a way to remove that camera action, I'll absolutely add it, but I have seen nothing of the sort.

hmm, well would it be possible to get collision on the head, so doesnt fall through the level.

I honestly do not know how, I'm not even sure what manner of entity the head is. Furthermore, I have never seen a head fall through the level and I've been headshotted quite a few times with this on, so I'd be awful at testing this. I'm very sorry, but I haven't the slightest idea how that could be done. If anyone tells me, I'll include it.

have you tried it recently, maybe that update that broke abunch of player entity functions has something to do with it. cause it happens every time on a headshot for each the servers we have it on.

I don't understand. I just tested it and it works fine to me. I wish I knew more about the problem but I can't fix it if I can't replicate the problem. I'm not trying to be lazy or anything, every time a headshot occurs the head falls and lands flat on the level, and when I get headshotted I can see from the head's POV that I am on the ground and everything is dandy. Are you running anything else that could be conflicting with this? A hat plugin or something? I really want to fix this but I can't tell what or where the problem is.

yeah, were using an old version of equipment manager but just been to lazy to remove it or upgrade to the new version latly.

ill test tonight with it removed and see if thats the issue
