Introduction
This plugin gives some improvements for the spy class:

• They walk faster when they are cloaked
• They can press R when they are disguised with a slower class to use their normal speed

I am planning to add more features yet. If I have time, some day, in the future, or maybe never

ConVars

• sm_spyi_admin "0" - If 1, only admins with with access to sm_spyi will be able to use the improvements
• sm_spyi_cloaked_speed "350" - Spy speed when he is cloaked, 300 = Disabled
