Have you tried overriding it? Just put a blank flag in front of it: admin_overrides.cfg (sourcemod/configs/)

Ok, adding "sm_observe" "" to the admin_overrides.cfg works, at least sort of, but not exactly in an ideal manner. Basically, that allows anyone to use/type !observe <name> in chat, but what I'd really like is for !observe to bring up a player menu where they could select who to observe, rather than having to manually type the name which could be full of random ascii characters etc.

Is that possible?
