Have you seted spd_punishtype to 1?
If not that is the problem.

yes ive tryed all cvars cvar 0 doesnt do anything ( thats the perpose ofcourse)
cvar 1 Triggers the amx_ban but he needs a name time and reason
cvar 2 bans Me
cvar 3 bans me

The plugin counts how much cmdstarts are sent each second, if it is smaller than 105 that means that our player is running normally. If it is above 105 then we have a speedhacker. Speedhacks basically make this forward execute a lot more times than normal.

Updated to v1.1 see the changelog.
