Hi, I've again made a plugin (amx scriptin rulez)!

This plugin is able to establish a connection to a server of your choice and immediately quit the connection afterwards. What is this good for? Well, this basically finds out whether the server is running or not, and displays a nice HUD message to all clients if the server is reachable.
If the server is unreachable, all admins will receive a chat message telling them so. If the plugin encounters a networking failure, the AMX log will tell you.

The server this plugin connects to will most likely not even notice this connection since the plugin doesn't send a single packet of data, it just connects and disconnects again.
This script was originally written for a shoutcast server but should work with all other TCP(!) servers as well.

CVars:
amx_sc_host <ip> - IP address of the target server
amx_sc_port <#> - Port number to connect on
amx_sc_name <Name> - server's name / description to display in the HUD msg - do not exceed 80 characters!
