A little vague in your address to skills. Skills in what area? Someone may know a lot about SourcePawn, but little about the game in question. (Assuming that you want functionality affecting the game a lot)

Why dont you ask zeph to fix it? I imagine he has working versions if you ask him, assuming you actually bought from him and didnt steal it.

Zeph made his store public after some fiasco with Franc1sco or something (some drama).

not sure what you want, both of those are supported out of the box. as you can see the public store equipment module is based on my plugin as well..
