Hi,

I'm using KAC but people complain allot about wall hackers. Is the way to stop Wall hackers Pure 2? or should KAC find them pretty well?

Any suggestions how to stop wallhackers?

I told Kigen many times for wallhacks that are not detected by pure 1,2 or whatever ,even send him a link ,but I don't think he even checked so I assume that there is nothing you can do about this advanced wallhaks.

KAC only does CVAR hacks.

He has said that many times.

pure can only stop material wallhacks, there is no real server-side method to detect a coded wallhack

Due to latest dev of *.reg hacks users can login to servers and use dxlvl 70 even if the game does not suport lover dxlvl than 80. (dods) It would be nice if kac would check the dx lvl when users connects as a standard feature.

Only problem with that is that there are really some people out there that use it because their computer is crap or they dont have a decent graphics card.

I know what your going to say, "well they shouldnt be playing CSS in the first place then", but I dont see this plugin adding this since its actually something legit.

Everything else is on the shady side.

I know that it is users out there that play dods and css with old computers. But mostly it is enough to disable hdr + various of config changes to get better fps.

The problem with dxlvl 70 is that in some, not all cases some boxes, and almost all smoke is it possible to se through. Even if the smoke is blurry and strange looking. You will get a benefit, not so big benefit if u uses a single shot weapon. But with spray and pray weapons you will get a nice advantage.
