Missing core.cfg file

Hello I run MM, SM, ZR and when i run background of my server i see the error that spam this
KeyValues Error: LoadFromBuffer: missing { in file addons/sourcemod/configs/core.cfg...when i open the core.cfg file it show nothing wrong... what this cause?

Remove the comments at the top. Btw, this issue is not related to ZR, I'll close the this thread.
