It means he had sourcemod loaded on his client. That can be used for doing certain "things".. Thus he was kicked.

I don't think players must be banned for such kind of things. Kicked - yes.

I have Sourcemod on my client because I test my plugins with Create a Server, and I always get kicked for "Remove any plugins you are using". It's annoying, but I understand since it can be used for "cheating".

If you have some space on your hard drive, why don't you just get urself a local dedicated? It's easier to maintain and you can mod it as much as you wont without affecting your game.

I thought of this as well since I run MM/SM locally for the same reason, but aren't there issues with trying to connect to a dedicated server from the same IP? Granted I haven't looked into it recently though.
