Can anybody do it?, doesnt matter how many times i try.

I want a low bitrate .wav file. but with decent quality and the volume so u can hear it.

everytime i try, you can barely hear it.

It needs to have support on zp 4.3, or if u know a plugin that can actually play mp3s and not some lying crap.

Try using Audacity. Easy to change the bitrate and then you can just save as .wav.

low quality = bad sound. just change your software if it's ugly. there are a not of free ones as the one suggested by the green hornet ;). the best advice imo is the portableapps.com installer, a lot of sound converters suggested.

afaik, it's just a different syntax. you need an example of code ? look at this one or search in titles.

I hope you don't extract the sound directly from youtube. It reduce the quality of the song no matter what.

Well the way i do is:
Open wav what is played by cs and then replace the source with something new.
So when i save the file all those rates and things will be same.

I use goldwave.
