My server info is correct, listing the exact number of bots and players:



But for whatever reason, my player list in the server browser is wrong:



Any idea what might be causing thing? I have the convars:

host_name_store 1
host_info_show 2
host_players_show 2

in my server.cfg.

When I'm in the server, instead of 0/5 being displayed in the server browser, it becomes 1/5.

Because bots take up slots to transmit network data, yada yada.
You cannot stop this from happening because it goes against valve's policy of truth.
Bot will lower the display slots, as they take up client indexes. If you want it to display 10 then make your server 15 slots.
